Book and join us at Gravity Indoor Trampoline Park for a workout with our professional instructor. Unlike traditional gym or home exercises, running and fast paced contact sports; trampolining is a low impact fitness activity that still produces fantastic results during your sessions. Each fitness session is 30 minutes long.

Our exercise routine will help you to obtain your results quicker and to get your body in shape faster, with more fun! A 10 minute workout on the trampolines is equal to a 30 minute run. Don’t forget to bring a towel! Energy drinks and water available at the kiosk.
